In the Circus Building we organise events throughout the year. We guarantee you professional advice throughout the process: everything from idea development and continuous planning to execution and evaluation. 

Food & drinks

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

It is not possible to bring your own food and drinks. When renting the Circus Building there will be served a 2-, 3- or 4-course dinner, which is made by our professional kitchen. See the menu here.

Do you take allergies into account?

Yes, if you have any allergies, diabetes or something similar, we just need to be informed of this no later than one week before the event.

Keypass

What if my phone runs out of battery?

All guests with KeyPass™ can still retrieve their belongings. Simply approach a staff member and enter your phone number and personal code for verification.

Why do I need to enter my phone number?

If you have an especially enjoyable evening and forget your belongings, staff can send you a friendly SMS reminder to pick them up.

What if I don’t have the digital wallet feature?

The wallet function is to create less waiting time and to make it easier for both you and the staff. Alternatively, you can still scan your KeyPass™ via the website by logging in at https://www.keypitt.io/welcome.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

In that case, you can manually check in by entering your phone number on a tablet at the cloakroom. You will then receive an SMS with a one-time-use QR code. However, this will not include fast-track and security features in case of a lost phone.

Where can I park my car?

When you attend an event or host an event in the Circus Building you can use APCOA PARKING.

Get a 50% discount (20 DKK per hour including the discount) on parking in Axel Towers. It is located directly in front of the the Circus Building’s main entrance*. Please use the “APCOA FLOW” app and park in the area with code 3555.

*The Circus Building cannot be held responsible for any technical problems with parking at Axel Towers. Unfortunately, if the app or vending machine doesn’t work, you can’t get a discount. Neither is a retroactive discount.

Someone in the company is in a wheelchair, how do we take care of it?

You must always inform us of special needs when you book your event.

Wheelchair users are always placed on the 5th floor in the hall and can access the Circus Hall via an elevator in our lobby. We have room for max. 4 people in wheelchairs per. evening. Please be aware that it is only possible to be seated in category B due to fire safety.

In our foyer there are two handicap toilets (shown by signage).

An administration fee will be charged for handling the lost property if you want it to be send.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there is a cloakroom in the Circus Building. You are not allowed to bring outerwear and large bags into the Circus Hall due to safety reasons. Only small handbags are allowed. If you need to store a larger bag in the cloakroom, the guards in the Circus Building may require to take a look inside.

Our cloakroom is free and staffed throughout the event.

Can you help if I need an umbrella?

Yes, all guests are offered an umbrella if it rains while waiting to enter the Circus Building.

For DKK 175 you can buy the beautiful and sustainable umbrella to take home. Contact one of our guards who will help you.

Is there a technology package included?

Can I book hotel accommodation?

Do you need hotel accommodation for you and your guests when you conduct an event in the Circus Building? Then we have good relations with the hotels in Copenhagen. Send an email to event@cirkusbygningen.dk or inform your Event Producer.

How do I rent the Circus Building?

You can rent the Circus Building when you are a company between 200-1000 people. Contact us via telephone +45 3316 3700, email event@cirkusbygningen.dk or send us an inquiry.

Can I rent the Circus Building every day of the week?

Yes, you can rent the Circus Building all days of the week. If you wish to rent the building on a Wednesday (November and December only), Thursday, Friday or Saturday, there will be some additional conditions duo to Wallmans Dinnerparty. Contact us for more information.

Show & entertainment

Is the show suitable for people who are sensitive to light?

For those who are sensitive to light, please note that the Wallmans show includes a varied, vibrant light.

Can I rent the Circus Building without show?

Yes! The Wallmans show (or individual show acts) is just a possibility.

If I want the Wallmans show as part of my event, do I then have to include the whole show?

No, you can choose the whole show or just your favorite show acts.
