Welcome to the Circus Building’s FAQ.
Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions – and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you’re always welcome to contact us.
For guests who are sensitive to lighting – for example, those with epilepsy – please note that the Circus Building features an extensive technical setup, including the use of varying and pulsating lighting effects throughout the show.
Yes, if you have any allergies, diabetes or something similar, we just need to be informed of this no later than one week before the event.
It is not possible to bring your own food and drinks.
When renting the Circus Building with an included dinner, a 2-, 3-, or 4-course menu will be served, carefully composed and prepared by our professional kitchen. See the menu here.

Yes, there is a cloakroom in the Circus Building. You are not allowed to bring outerwear and large bags into the Circus Hall or The Old Stables due to safety reasons. Only small handbags are allowed. If you need to store a larger bag in the cloakroom, the guards in the Circus Building may require to take a look inside.
Our cloakroom is free and staffed throughout the event.

An administration fee will be charged for handling the lost property if you want it to be send.
If you are a wheelchair user, have walking difficulties, or otherwise have a special need, you must always inform us about this.
If we do not receive the information before your visit, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the need on the evening due to the terms of our fire safety approvals. We may therefore unfortunately have to refuse entry to the person or persons in question without refund.
Wheelchair users are always seated on the 5th level in the hall and can access the Circus Hall via an elevator from our foyer. We are approved for a maximum of 4 wheelchair users per evening.
Please note that our elevator may be out of service on the day due to technical difficulties.
In our foyer, there are two accessible restrooms (clearly marked by signage). The restrooms are kept locked – please contact a security staff member, who will assist you with unlocking them.

Please note that The Old Stabls is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Purchase of tickets
Special needs must be communicated via email when booking tickets. If you make your booking online, you must send us an email with the information afterwards.
NB! You must be able to present an email from us confirming that we can accommodate the need.
Please note that tickets can only be booked for Category B and C due to fire safety regulations.
In the event that the elevator is out of service, we will either offer to move your booking to a new date (valid for Wallmans Dinnerparty only) or refund the ticket for the affected guest.
Venue hire
Special needs must be communicated to your Event Producer via email during the coordination process and before the agreed deadline.

Mobile charging stations are located on each side of the entrance in the central foyer. Charging is available for a fee via an external provider – scan the QR code at the charger and follow the instructions.
This applies exclusively to events held in the Circus Hall.
We do not issue physical or digital tickets. The confirmation you receive after your purchase serves as documentation upon arrival.
At the entrance, simply provide the name of the person who made the purchase. If a company name was provided, this must also be stated.
Please arrive together, as you are registered on the guest list as one group.
No, you can choose the whole show or just your favorite show acts.
Yes! The Wallmans show (or individual show acts) is just a possibility.
Yes, the Circus Building has a comprehensive in-house technical package, including the venue’s technical crew, which is mandatory when renting the building.
It is possible to bring in additional add-on technical equipment if needed, but it is not possible to opt out of the existing technical package already installed in the Circus Building. Read more here.
Yes, you can rent the Circus Building all days of the week. If you wish to rent the building on a Wednesday (November and December only), Thursday, Friday or Saturday, there will be some additional conditions duo to Wallmans Dinnerparty. Contact us for more information.
