Together, we work on concrete sustainability initiatives
Within Moment Group, work is underway to develop an overall sustainability strategy with Group-level targets. As part of the Group, Cirkusbygningen/Wallmans also works actively with specific initiatives tailored to our operations here in Copenhagen.
CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
Moment Group is subject to the EU’s sustainability reporting requirements under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The purpose of the directive is, among other things, to increase transparency regarding companies’ impact on environmental, social and governance matters.
As part of the Group’s sustainability reporting efforts, data and information are collected and structured for inclusion in the reporting.
Sustainability strategy
Moment Group is working with a common sustainability strategy, while the individual companies within the Group focus on initiatives relevant to their own operations.
At the Circus Building/Wallmans, our focus areas include energy, waste, procurement, organic food and reducing food waste.

Green Key
Cirkusbygningen is a listed building dating back to 1886 and is Green Key certified.
Green Key is an international certification programme for businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry. The certification sets a range of documented requirements covering areas such as energy and water consumption, organic products, food waste, cleaning, waste management and procurement.
As a Green Key-certified venue, Cirkusbygningen continuously works to meet the requirements and criteria of the certification, with a focus on reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
